The January transfer window is rapidly approaching, and Louis van Gaal will definitely want to bring in new players who can improve his side. One man whom the Iron Tulip is looking at, is Stoke City’s Bojan Krkic.
The news comes from the Spanish publication Sport, who say that a whole host of clubs, including Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea are all closely watching the former Barcelona man.
At one time, Bojan Krkic was regarded as one of the hottest properties in world football, but injuries certainly hampered his development considerably, and after a series of loan moves, Barcelona finally sold him permanently.
He has re-found himself whilst playing under Mark Hughes, and is without doubt one of the outstanding performers. Their could be problems however, as the Spaniard is currently extremely happy playing at Stoke City, and he has a contract until 2018 so he’d cost a pretty penny.
