Manchester United willing to listen to offers for struggling winger: report

Manchester United Football Club are known across the globe for their willingness to give youth a chance. It seems like every season, we get those one or two guys that break through. Sometimes it works out and others it doesn’t.

One player whom it seemingly isn’t destined to work out for is Adnan Januzaj. The Belgian burst onto the scene under David Moyes a few years ago, but the two managers since the Scot haven’t deemed him good enough. Louis van Gaal barely gave him minutes before loaning him to Dortmund, then Mourinho took charge and the winger didn’t even get a chance to prove his worth before being shipped off to Sunderland on loan.

Now, the Daily Telegraph say that Manchester United are now willing to listen to offers for Januzaj, after another poor season for the 22-year-old. Honestly, you cannot really blame Mourinho for wanting him off the books as he’s struggled for form all season whilst at the Stadium of Light, and although it’s a shame, you’d have to say it’s the correct decision.

When he burst onto the scene under Moyes, I really thought big things were going to happen for Januzaj, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out. I’ve no doubts that if he does move on, he will prove his worth somewhere; he’s just too good of a player to fade into the limelight.
