Manchester United willing to terminate contract of player – under one condition

Manchester United Football Club had somewhat of a cull over the summer, with Louis van Gaal clearing plenty of deadwood from the squad. One player who remains however, is Victor Valdes, as it seems that no club want to pick up the veteran Spaniard.

According to the Daily Mail, Manchester United are willing to terminate Valdes’ contract this summer, but only if he agrees to not move to another club in the Premier League.

First of all, I’m fairly certain that you cannot insert a clause of a player who has his contract terminated, but secondly I’m confident that no other club of any stature in England will want the World Cup winner.

At the end of the day its his choice where he moves to if United do decide to terminate his deal, but I cannot see him costing us any points anytime soon…
