Manchester United made a huge £25million move to bring Ander Herrera into Old Trafford a couple of seasons ago, with the Spaniard making an instant impression amongst the fans. His passionate personality and willingness to learn about the history of the club saw him loved by reds everywhere.
However Louis van Gaal still doesn’t seem convinced by what Herrera brings to the team, and that has led to doubts about his future at Old Trafford. The latest reports come out of Tuttosport in Italy, who say that Juventus representatives have been to England to watch Herrera, ahead of a possible bid.
Juventus’ manager Massimiliano Allegri was reportedly at Old Trafford on the 28th December, as United took on Chelsea, as he wanted to watch Ander Herrera in the flesh.
It would be a huge disappointment if United were to part ways with the 26-year old. He is one of our best midfielders, and probably the only one with any attacking intent from the middle of the park, so hopefully the club see sense and reject any approaches for him.
