Manchester United’s move for top class forward could be in jeopardy

Manchester United will have plenty of money to spend this coming transfer window, whoever may be in charge to spend it. One man the club have been looking at is PSG’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic, however that move could be in jeopardy.

L’Equipe say that that Manchester United have made the 34-year old one of their top priorities this summer, but Ibrahimovic himself would not be keen on the deal if Louis van Gaal’s side do not qualify for the Champions League.

Obviously the influential Swede would love to be playing football at the highest level, and you can understand his reasoning to pull out of any potential move if United aren’t playing in Europe’s premier competition.

Manchester United now have a real chance at finishing in the top four this season however, thanks to Arsenal holding Manchester City to a 2-2 draw at the weekend. It is now up to the players and Louis van Gaal to deliver when it matters most – we’re two wins away from Champions League football next season.
