Marco Reus scouted by Manchester United duo

David Moyes continues his search for fresh faces through the Manchester United door, and next on his wish list is the highly rated Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus. The 24-year old is a rising star in world football at the moment, and if United somehow managed to pull this one off it’d be an outstanding piece of business.

Various reputable sources are suggesting that Jimmy Lumsden and Steve Round were at Dortmund’s Champions League clash on Tuesday night to watch the talented winger, as the German side beat Napoli 3-1.

Reus has scored nine goals for his hometown club this season, which is impressive from the wide position, and its an area United could do with a marquee signing in. Its a deal I wouldn’t expect to go through in January though, due to him being cup-tied and that’d leave him unavailable for Champions League games.

Reus, who has a €35million release clause in his contract is also wanted by fellow Premier League side Arsenal.
