Well, folks, it’s finally over. Marouane Fellaini has committed his future to Manchester United.
The Belgium international, 30, has penned a new two-year deal at Old Trafford. He’ll have the option for a third-year, confirmed by the club earlier today.
After dragging on for the best part of six months, we now know where Fellaini will be plying his trade next season. First and foremost, this will allow him to turn attentions solely to playing at the World Cup. Heck, you can already see it paying dividends as he was outstanding against England yesterday.
Marouane Fellaini has signed a new #MUFC contract which runs until June 2020, with the option to extend for a further year.

Those performances are what United fans simply have to see on a regular basis. Fellaini clearly has it in his locker to play at the highest level, and furthermore, his manager trusts him wholeheartedly.
Although it may be hard, Red Devils supporters simply have to back their man, rather than getting on it. He’s here to stay, that’s not changing, so why not give him our full love and support? As a plan-B, the club could certainly do a whole lot worse.
Putting opinions to one side, I’m just glad this is over. It has dragged on for far too long, now Fellaini can focus solely on playing football.
