Manchester United have started their Premier League season in excellent manner. The Red Devils have won one and drawn one, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looking for the momentum to continue.
Next up is a home game against Crystal Palace. The Eagles, managed by Roy Hodgson, will still feel confident going into any game they play – particularly with former red Wilfried Zaha on their books.
Kick-off time: 3pm UK time.
Stadium: Old Trafford.
Referee: Paul Tierney.
TV channel: It’s not live on TV.
It’s a different sort of test. Palace will likely come and sit in, soak up pressure and look to hit United on the counter-attack. For the Baby Faced Assassin, he has to get the balance right…
For United, they have to remain calm if they don’t manage to strike early. Remember that this Solskjaer team is much fitter than anything we’ve seen over the last five years, as those Palace legs get weary, these Reds will only grow in strength.
Team News
Diogo Dalot is missing, while it’s unlikely we’ll see Alexis Sanchez feature as he still remains some way behind his teammates in terms of fitness.
Eric Bailly is the only long-term absentee again, though you get the feeling this game against Palace is a real opportunity to give youth a chance. Could we see Mason Greenwood? Possibly. Angel Gomes, too… Decisions, decisions.

Match odds
Understandably, United are heavily fancied here at odds of 4/11. If you fancy the upset, Palace come in at 8/1 while the draw sits at 18/5.
Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial have been in brilliant form to start the season. Having a bet with the pair both to score seems smart…
Prediction: Manchester United 3-0 Crystal Palace.
I’d like to think we’ll have just too much for Palace. Our firepower should be able to breach that Palace defence on more than one occasion, and in the form Martial is in, give him a chance and he’ll punish you.
