They’ll be a full-house at Old Trafford come 3pm this afternoon as Louis van Gaal’s men continue their push for a spot in the top four and a place in next season’s Champions League competition. Today sees the visit of Hull City, and we simply must win this game if we want to create a bit of a gap between us and the chasing pack.
With United also playing on Tuesday night, I can see Louis van Gaal changing up the starting line-up slightly, including the possibility of young James Wilson earning his first start of the season after an energetic 20 minutes against Arsenal.
Injury News
Manchester United have received a couple of boosts, with both Radamel Falcao and Marcos Rojo potentially returning to the squad. Luke Shaw is out for a ‘few weeks’ with the problem he picked up in the win over Arsenal. Jonny Evans, Phil Jones and Rafael are still missing, as is Jesse Lingard. Daley Blind looks like he’ll be missing for the foreseeable future.

Last meeting: Manchester United 3-2 Hull City
Last time out, James Wilson got his first start in our famous Red shirt. On that day he scored two clinical goals, with Robin van Persie adding the other. It looks as though the youngster could get his second start for Manchester United this afternoon.
Score Prediction: Manchester United 3-1 Hull City
Anything less than a win is pretty much unacceptable. Steve Bruce’s men are hovering above the relegation zone whereas United look to consolidate a spot in the top four. Three points here is vital and I reckon they’ll get it courtesy of Wayne Rooney and Angel di Maria.
