The Reds end their tour of Asia tomorrow, as they take on Kitchee in Hong Kong – providing the weather holds off. The pitch has held five games in the last six days and is in a shocking condition, but David Moyes has said no excuses will be made, and the game will go ahead.
The gaffer now has an almost fully fit tour squad to choose from, but because of the condition of the pitch I’d expect him to utilise most of his squad players rather than his star names. Younger players like Zaha, Lingard and Januzaj will probably all get a run out too.
The three youngsters mentioned above have definitely been the stand-out ones on the tour so far. Lingard has three goals, Zaha has beaten his man time and time again and Januzaj has played some superb passes – including one to Anderson that set up the late equaliser against Osaka.
Score prediction: United 4-1
We looked very underwhelming last time out against Osaka and we were lucky to snatch a draw. The quality of opposition is somewhat lesser this time though, United to win 4-1.
The game is live on MUTV and kick-off is at 1pm UK time.
