Matteo Darmian to Man Utd to be made official in ‘next few hours’

Manchester United’s transfer window is seemingly hotting up, as Louis van Gaal wants to get some business done before the team head on their pre-season tour of the United States of America this Monday, as games against Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain loom.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Manchester United could be announcing their second signing in the not too distant future, as he expects this deal to be official within the next few hours.

The Italian journalist was the one who broke the news about United’s bid on Sky Italy yesterday, and this deal looks to be moving along at a rapid pace.

The fee is thought to be around the £12.6million mark, and the 25-year old Italian will pen a deal that’ll keep him at Old Trafford for around four years.
