Manchester United Football Club are already looking a bit thin on the ground in terms of strikers at this moment in time, with Louis van Gaal choosing to sell both Robin van Persie and Javier Hernandez, and also letting Radamel Falcao leave after a poor season at Old Trafford on loan.
The club could be set to be another man down in terms of strikers, as according to the Daily Mail, more than 20 clubs enquired to take James Wilson on loan, and Manchester United indicated that they were prepared to let a move happen.
Wilson, 19, has found his minutes limited over the last twelve months and although a loan move would be beneficial for his development, Manchester United are extremely short in that area and he could well find himself starting games if Wayne Rooney picks up an injury.
He clearl has the talent to make it all the way in this game, and once he starts getting a good run of games at a high level we’ll see exactly what he is made of.
