MUFC Player Ratings during 3-2 win vs Arsenal (Premier League home, 2021/22)

David de Gea – Made some vital saves as per usual. Been back to his best this season. 6/10

Diogo Dalot – Steady in the absence of Aaron Wan-Bissaka. Tried to get forward where possible. Has to kick on if he wants the job permanently. 6/10

Victor Lindelof – Still makes me nervous, particularly in the dead-ball scenario. Did ok. 5/10

Harry Maguire – Solid defensively. Tried to keep the ball moving forward – which is key given Ralf Rangnick was in attendance… 6/10

Alex Telles – At fault for Arsenal’s second as he switched off for a moment. Had a good game aside from that. 5/10

Scott McTominay – Had a quietly effective outing. I can never fault his effort. 6/10

Fred – Wasn’t anywhere near Odegaard as he equalised. Also involved in the absolute mess that was the Arsenal opener. 4/10

Jadon Sancho – He worked hard but didn’t really impact the game on the night. 5/10

Bruno Fernandes – Typically hit and miss, but scored the goal to drag us back into the game. 6/10

Marcus Rashford – Not his finest outing. Was involved in Ronaldo’s first but on the whole, he was pretty quiet. 5/10

Cristiano Ronaldo – Had a pretty shocking first 45, but scored twice in the second to take United to a massive victory. 7/10

Subs:

Jesse Lingard – Worked hard.

Anthony Martial – Held the ball up well.

Donny van de Beek – Not enough time to mark.
