MUFC Player Ratings during 4-2 win vs Leeds (Premier League away, 2021/22)

David de Gea – Made a couple of smart saves – and one truly great stop to ensure his side ran out victors. 6/10

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Looked to be really enjoying himself in that second 45, sliding about all over the show. Looked like a decent threat from time to time when attacking, too. 6/10

Victor Lindelof – Had an outstanding game. Defended well, but was more than willing to get forward and played a big part in our attack. 8/10

Harry Maguire – The Englishman scored United’s first goal from a corner, which capped off a generally solid outing. 7/10

Luke Shaw – Hit and miss. Tried to get forward where possible but got caught out when defending on a few occasions. 5/10

Scott McTominay – Certainly threw his weight around and toed the line on numerous occasions. He was ok. 5/10

Paul Pogba – Unreal at times. Used his strength, physicality and skill to put in a complete performance. 7/10

Bruno Fernandes – Drifted in and out of the game but still somehow made a massive impact, ending with a goal and an assist. 7/10

Jesse Lingard – Given a rare opportunity to start but I think it’s fair to say he didn’t take his chance. Pretty average. 4/10

Jadon Sancho – Looking every bit like a quality player right now. He oozed class throughout this one and grabbed two assists. 8/10

Cristiano Ronaldo – Missed from close range early on and never really seemed to recover. Not his finest hour. 3/10

Subs:

Fred – Within a few minutes of coming on had United back in front. Enjoyed himself out there.

Anthony Elanga – Was hit by a coin at one point – but answered in the perfect way by scoring.

Raphael Varane – Not enough time to mark.
