Paul Pogba sends heartfelt message to fans following Watford defeat

Well, what a disaster of a week it has been for Manchester United Football Club. Jose Mourinho’s men were awful against City, poor against Feyenoord and you’d expect them to come back fighting against Watford; They didn’t, and rightfully lost the game convincingly.

One man who came in for particular stick on social media was Paul Pogba, after the Frenchman once again put in a sub-par performance in a game that he should’ve dominated.

The 23-year-old just couldn’t get United going in an attacking manner, and whether that is down to the management or the player himself remains to be seen.

Obviously he’ll need time to settle into his new surroundings, but so far he has been less than convincing in the red of Manchester United.

After the game, he took to Twitter to thank the supporters for being there, but if the fans and players stick together, they’ll get there, eventually…
