Paul Pogba set to receive important injury update next week: report

Manchester United have been sweating regarding Paul Pogba’s injury for well over a week now. But, some news could be just around the corner according to the Manchester Evening News.

The report says that the renowned surgeon, Dr Sakari Ovara, will work out whether the 24-year-old will require surgery to fix his hamstring issue. The report says that initially, Pogba was due to be out for around six weeks, however, you’d imagine that he’d be out for longer if he does need to go under the knife.

I’m just praying that our star man doesn’t need surgery to fix this issue. Pogba has been huge for us at the start of this season and we look like a completely different team without him.

The former Juventus man just gives us that urgency in the middle of the field, and nobody in the Premier League can create some of the chances that he does. Pogba makes us tick.

Being without the star man for six weeks is bad enough, but if we’re talking even longer than that, it becomes a real problem for manager Jose Mourinho. No doubt he’ll have a plan, though…
