After his outstanding Man of the Match performance for Manchester United at the weekend, David de Gea must be feeling confident about the possibility of playing for his national side over the next fortnight. The 23-year old has already made his debut for Spain, but he’ll be hoping to grasp that coveted #1 jersey and keep hold of it for the foreseeable future.
Iker Casillas is still regarded as the owner of that shirt at the moment, and after being reinstated into the Real Madrid side this season, Casillas is putting in some excellent performances too.
At the very least, Dave will be able to learn his trade from Iker, and hopefully pick up little tips and tricks from one of the best, most experienced keepers in the business.
