Manchester United Football Club have added three new players to the squad this summer; two of which we’ve seen in action thus far.
The missing piece? Diogo Dalot. Our new right-back has been out injured, however, a picture emerged online, courtesy of his teammate Joel Pereira. Not only did said photo state that Dalot will be back in action soon, it also gave us another clue as to what shirt number he’d wear…
Earlier on in the month, it looked as though he was wearing the #20 in a training session, now that has been backed up once again. Although not official, it looks as though that’s the number he’ll take permanently.

I think we’re all just excited to see Dalot get started now. He’s yet to play due to injury, but the young man from Portugal comes in with promise aplenty.
The fact that there is an injury crisis going on at the moment, coupled with the fact that Dalot can play on both sides of the back four, serves him well. The sooner he gets back to full fitness the better; there could well be an opening for him early on in the campaign…
