Manchester United’s famous Class of 92 reunited last night, as they took on Salford City in a friendly before the new season begins. Led by Giggs, Scholes and Gary Neville, the side unfortunately slumped to a 5-1 defeat, with Ryan Giggs scoring the only goal for the Class of 92 side with an exellent Paneka penalty.
Inside the official match programme was this excellent graphic titled ‘Class of 92 tactics’. The graphic highlights Paul Scholes’ passing ability, showing just how highly the footballing world rates the Ginger Prince, despite retiring over a year ago.
