PICTURE: Louis van Gaal did not look happy leaving Swansea

Manchester United Football Club lost their first game of the season, and conceded their first goals away at an excellent Swansea City side. Garry Monk’s men won 2-1 and were more than worthy of the victory as they played some excellent counter-attacking football.

On his way out of the Liberty Stadium, Louis van Gaal was spotted with a face of thunder as he walked towards the team bus.

Despite sounding confident and somewhat pleased in the post-match press conference his face certainly tells a different picture here. He did say that on another day Manchester United ‘could have scored many goals’ but for me we didn’t look like posing the Swansea defence any troubles at all, which should be a huge concern.

He also added that this game will not alter Manchester United’s transfer plans, which is obviously another big disappointment, with the fans wanting at least one new signing before transfer deadline day.
