Man United supporters unveiled a new flag seemingly taking a dig at the Glazer family, during the Aston Villa game yesterday evening.

As per usual, the Manchester United away section were the shining light on another poor day for the club on the whole.

The performance itself was actually much improved from the Red Devils. This time it was the result that left us all disappointed. Simply put, against anyone United shouldn’t be throwing away a two-goal lead.

That didn’t stop the away lads from singing and chanting for 90 minutes, though, as they continue to prove they’re the best in the country.

As the game wore on, a banner, reading ‘broken and rotten from top to bottom’ appeared in the travelling section. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that this is an anti-Glazer flag, aimed at the powers-that-be.

Check out the banner here:

I am a firm believer in it all stemming from the top. This club does feel in a pretty bad place right now and it’s no coincidence that we’ve been on a steady decline under the current regime.

Until the mistakes that are happening at board level are eradicated, I genuinely believe this club will keep struggling; both on and off the pitch. And it pains me to say it.

I genuinely do believe United are trying to head in the right direction in this regard. The Glazers are looking to make improvements at Old Trafford while being more inclusive in regards to the matchday fan. Obviously, these are baby steps and it’s going to take a long time before the problem is truly fixed.
