The Manchester derby is fast approaching, with United currently sitting one place and a solitary point above their local rivals City. Finishing third would be a good end to an topsy-turvy season for the Red Devils, and getting one over on their closest opposition would be another huge positive.
That said, Louis van Gaal may choose to tinker with his team somewhat, to utilise the pace and power – particularly in the attacking areas.
I can see Angel di Maria returning for his pace, but that means Juan Mata’s place in the side is in jeopardy.
Luke Shaw could also return at left-back, but then Van Gaal has a big decision to make regarding Daley Blind. Does he drop him completely, or does he put him back into the midfield where he has been so good.
