Manchester United Football Club got all three points at Turf Moor this afternoon, thanks to an excellent brace from Jose Mourinho.
Before the game, all the attention was towards Juan Mata in the away end. The loveable Spaniard was pictured in amongst it, alongside a certain Anders Lindegaard too!
It’s always brilliant to see United players mingling in with the travelling fans. It must have been a great moment for him when the Red Devils supporters were singing his name throughout. I bet things got even livelier when the goals went in, it would have been a good day out for Mata; who was no doubt disappointed to not be involved.

It would have been easy for Mata to storm off in disappointment. Instead, he understands that the sport is a team game now more than ever, particularly at a leading side like United. The team will always change depending on the situation at hand.
Mata, from day one, has just understood what it means to play for, and support United. It’s a rare gift in the modern-day game, we’re certainly lucky to have him. No doubt he’ll make an impact on the field at some point this season.
