After a comfortable 2-0 victory away at a potentially difficult Boleyn Ground yesterday evening, Manchester United made it three away wins in a row, and their tenth away win of the season so far. This leaves us top of the away form table, ahead of Tottenham Hotspur by a point.
I think David Moyes’ tactics suit away football perfectly, and because there is less pressure on him and the team to perform away from home it makes things a lot easier. For example, people go to Old Trafford every week expecting to be entertained and see a lot of goals, which sadly hasn’t happened this season.
If we can manage to sort out our home form, and keep on going the way we have away from home then we’ll be a real force to be reckoned with next season whoever we sign.
