Manchester United have welcomed Marcus Rashford back into the mix at the AON Training Complex.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was always going to be without Marcus Rashford for the start of the campaign. The Englishman underwent surgery on a shoulder at the back end of July. The early diagnosis was that the attacker won’t be available until late October.
Obviously, that was a bitter pill to swallow as Rashford contributed to over 30 goals for the Reds last term. He’s our homegrown hero. Our idol. It’s certainly harder without having him available for selection.
Well, United have been given a huge injury lift over the last 24 hours. The key star, is back in training earlier than expected, and working hard with the first-team as he continues to step up his recovery from injury.

This is such a welcome sight. To see Rashford out there alongside the likes of Paul Pogba and the rest of the senior squad is a huge boost.
It’s a testament to the mental strength that Rashford possesses. He’s a grafter, a grinder, a hard worker who’ll do anything for the badge on his chest.
No doubt Solskjaer will be reigning Rashford in a little bit, though. He’s a manager who’ll always take the cautious approach in these situations and I would suspect it’ll be a little while before we see Rashford in first-team action.
The forward will probably have to play at least a couple of U23 games in order to build up the match fitness. With that in mind, I’d suspect the October international break is roughly when United and Rashford are planning on a return.
It’s wonderful to see you back out there, Marcus! Keep up the quick progress!
