Manchester United’s Robin van Persie’s on-pitch form has left a lot to be desired so far this season, and on his way to training today, the Dutchman was stopped by Police on the M60. He was spoken to by police, before being let off without a warning.
Van Persie’s goalscoring form hasn’t halted much despite the poor performances, but he as well as anyone will know that he’ll have to find form once again if he wants to remain in Van Gaal’s team.
The 31-year old is a major doubt for United’s away FA Cup tie against Preston on Monday night, but the injury isn’t thought to be serious.
