Man United have welcomed back Amad Diallo to the AON Training Complex following injury.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United find themselves in a little slump. It goes without saying, three defeats in four is far from ideal.

However, we must always look forward, with a huge game against Villareal on the horizon. Casting our gaze even further afar, we have to be pleased about the emerging talent within this squad. There’s plenty of up-and-comers who have the potential to make an impact in future.

One player who is regarded in that category is Amad Diallo. The young winger was set to head out on loan on transfer deadline day – but injury ruined that chance.

Well, United have been given an injury lift on that front. The 19-year-old posted a photo of himself back out on the training field, after being missing since mid-August.

Check out the snaps of Amad Diallo back out on the field here:

Obviously, it’ll take a few weeks for Amad to get up to speed before he’s even being considered for action – no doubt he’ll be playing U23 football initially, too.

Amad’s task to break into the team has also been made tougher with the arrival of both Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo. That’s probably why a loan move was in the works for the Ivory Coast starlet, who big things are expected of in future.

I’d be surprised if Amad doesn’t actually leave on loan when the January window rolls around because at this point, he needs to be starting week-in-week-out in order to further his development as a footballer.

The good news is that Amad has time on his side and he’ll be given plenty of that here at Old Trafford.

It’s good to see you back out there, Amad!
