Man United have officially confirmed they’ve signed Antony from Ajax.
Erik ten Hag has landed his number one attacking target; Antony.
The Red Devils confirmed that they have signed the Brazilian from Ajax, on a contract until 2027.
It took all summer, with United running it right down to the wire as they tried to negotiate the transfer fee, but no doubt Ten Hag is a happy man today.
Antony, 22, was a key part of the success Ajax enjoyed under Ten Hag over the last twelve months, with the Brazilian desperate to reunite with his former boss at Old Trafford.
Now the deal has happened, with the club quickly releasing the first snaps of Antony in his new kit for the first time. He absolutely looks good in United Red, that’s for sure!

Now the hard work really starts. Making the jump from the Eredivisie to the Premier League is not an easy one. Whether Antony can smoothly transition quickly is a question that needs to be answered.
If not, it’s up to us supporters to remain patient and give him the time he needs to fully adapt.
What I like most about this move is that Antony brings something different to the table. He plays with fiery aggression, a purpose, a genuine directness, on top of all the tricks and flicks.
The bond he has with Ten Hag makes this a really attractive signing. Antony will do anything for this manager. He already knows the system perfectly. He’s ready to work hard on both sides of the ball, while that personality and belief will no doubt rub off on the rest of the squad.
Welcome to the biggest club in the world, Antony!
