Manchester United’s home kit is already on sale for the 19/20 campaign, and it’s an absolute beauty.
Questions about the potential third kit have been raised, but finally, it seems as though we’ve been given some solid information in regards to that.
As always, it comes from the excellent Footy Headlines, who say that the new third strip (picture below), will be officially unveiled on August 1st – perfectly in time for the new season to kick off.
Adidas have kept things pretty basic since taking over as United’s main kit sponsor, although they have pushed the boundary a bit further on this one, with the subtle ‘all-over print’ inspired by the Manchester rose.

Unlike the home kit, there’s no shield under the badge, although the bright red, one-colour logos do stand out on the black jersey.
Chevrolet continues as the main shirt sponsor while Kohler’s name appears on the left sleeve once again.
Again, there’s an inscription on the bottom-left side of the shirt, it reads: “110 Years – Manchester Rose – 1909 2019”. This is a reference to the 1909 cup final in which United beat Bristol City to lift the great trophy.
Black shorts and black socks make up the kit, which we will no doubt see on several occasions throughout the course of a long season.
