Man United have officially unveiled their third kit for the 2021/22 season.
We’re now just a couple of days away from the big Premier League kick off. Manchester United’s pre-season is done with the serious stuff starting in just over 48 hours.
Ahead of that game, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have unveiled their brand new third kit for the 2021/22 season. We’ve been made to wait for this one, though it’s an absolute beauty.
Adidas have knocked it out of the park with all three kits this year and I’ve always been a fan of these throwback jerseys. This third kit is another nod to United’s rich history.
The club officially unveiled the new strip earlier this morning, with a cracking video doing the rounds on social media.
Here at Old Trafford Faithful, we’ve opted to take the view of looking at first-team stars modelling the jersey instead. Let’s get right into the photos of Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and a couple of others donning the new strip.
Once again, Team Viewer’s logo is one solid colour, which looks miles better than the Old Chevrolet logo. I’m also a big fan of the Adidas badge, which subtly stands out just on the right-hand side.
Where this differs from the away kit is that the United badge is the classic one, as opposed to being one solid colour like the logo. I’m more of a traditionalist, so I do like that aspect.
We also have the traditional Adidas ‘Three Stripe’ on the shoulders, which is the same yellow colour as the Team Viewer badge.
Although we won’t see this one worn this Saturday, I can’t wait to see what this looks like in an actual game!
