Although the international break is now well underway, Manchester United still have players training at Carrington due to injuries and not being selected.
Today, the eagle-eyed Manchester Evening News reporters spotted Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, plus Anthony Martial, Diogo Dalot and Nemanja Matic arriving for training at the AON Training Complex.
There’s no rest for the wicked, eh? Anyway, as you can see from the photos below, it’s good to have these guys back at it – particularly those guys who’re trying to force their way back into the team following injury.
With a crunch game against Liverpool just on the horizon, it’s up to these guys to do what they can to get themselves back and available for selection.
Martial, in particular, has been a huge miss. The talented Frenchman started the term like a house on fire but he has been missing for several weeks now. What better way to re-introduce yourself than scoring against the old enemy upon his return?
The international break has definitely arrived at a good time for United. They’re in need of a break for various reasons, and hopefully, the players who are with their country’s come back hungry to turn things around and fix our issues.
