Pictures: Man United unveil 2019/20 home kit

Manchester United’s 2018/19 campaign is over. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will already be planning for the next season behind the scenes.

The Red Devils are seemingly quick to put the horrendous year behind them, as they’ve already officially unveiled the home kit for the 2019/20 term.

Rumours have been swirling and credit once again goes to Footy Headlines. There leak from a few weeks ago was absolutely bang on as you can see from the photos below…

I actually quite like the overall kit design. I’ve always been a fan of the more basic kits and this is a home jersey I could get used to seeing us playing in.

My personal favourite part about the kit is the badge and the ‘shield’ combination. It looks proper smart how the crest is all one colour as opposed to the usual red and gold badge. I just think it looks far classier.

The only thing that irks me a little bit is all the Champions League 1999 references, particularly as we’re not in the competition this season. I understand that Adidas had probably mass-produced these kits before we’d failed to finish in the top-four, but I do wish they could have removed those before the official unveiling.
