Manchester United’s form on the pitch has certainly picked up of late, with Louis van Gaal seemingly settling on a 4-3-3 formation which press the opponents high up the field. United beat the likes of Manchester City, Tottenham and Liverpool, and now sit in third.
Ander Herrera, Ashley Young and Daley Blind have all been key figures in United’s dramatic increase in form, but today the trio were involved off the pitch – meeting fans who are part of the United Foundation.
Manchester United Foundation offers the chance for young fans to improve their lives through the art of football, and what better way to do that than meeting your heroes up close and personal.
Some fans from various Manchester United Foundation projects got that opportunity today, with plenty of Reds getting involved.
Its nice to see just how often the club supports days like this, and its great that we’re continuing the tradition of being classy both on and off the pitch.
