
Manchester United fans are in dreamland. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been appointed permanent manager while it feels as though the club is going from strength-to-strength.
We’re at that stage in the season where pre-planning for next season is already well underway. Now, we’ve been given the first kit leak for the 2019/20 season; and it’s an absolute beauty.
For those who have been with us for a while, you know the accuracy with which the guys over at Footy Headlines work. Yesterday, they unearthed the photo below, claiming it to be our next home jersey.

The first thing that springs to mind is the plainness of it; though that’s not a bad thing. Simplicity is key and sometimes less is certainly more. I love the badge being on the black background; which is styled from the 1999 Champions League winning jersey, another throwback to the Baby Faced Assassin.
It really does feel like every year Adidas are knocking it out of the park in terms of United kits and once again they’ve done an absolutely stunning job.
Now, I’m excited to see what our second and third kits end up looking like, because no doubt these will be equally superb.
