Manchester United continued their pre-season hot-streak with another victory last night, making it five wins from five before the serious stuff starts next month.
The game against Kristiansund proved to be a much tougher test than we all imagined, but credit has to go to our Norweigan opponents for that one as they were well organised and disciplined throughout.
It took a 92nd minute Juan Mata penalty for the Reds to make their breakthrough, but the moment of the game came around five-minutes before the spot-kick, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s 19-year-old son, Noah, made his Kristiansund debut against his dad’s beloved United side…

What a special moment this was for the whole Solskjaer family. It’s a day they’ll never forget, although Ole probably had mixed feelings because he wanted his United to win while willing his son to perform well.
In the end United got the result they wanted, and for Noah, it’s the start of his Kristiansund career as the Norweigan outfit look to continue to move up the league table in their homeland.
Moments like this is what we all love football for, right? Congratulations to Ole, Noah and the rest of the family!
