Our player ratings are in, as Man United edge past Coventry City on penalties, making it into an FA Cup final.

Andre Onana – Was a real nuisance all afternoon. Made some big saves. Wasted some time. Got in Coventry’s head during penalties. 6/10

Diogo Dalot – Probably United’s best player. Set up the first goal. Made some important tackles and never gave in. 7/10

Harry Maguire – Solid at the back. Scored a lovely header. Tried to set the example for a poor United side low on confidence. He stood tall. 7/10

Casemiro – Started at centre-back and did his individual job pretty well. His penalty was terrible, though. 4/10

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Just not a left-back. Got away with a late mistake due to the offside flag. He was targeted by the Coventry side as a weak link. 3/10

Kobbie Mainoo – Good in midfield. Calm and composed throughout. The game changed when he was subbed off. 6/10

Scott McTominay – Set United on their way with a cool finish early on, but struggled from that moment onwards. A classic Scotty Mac display. 5/10

Bruno Fernandes – As always was our main source for chance creation. Worked hard. Hit the crossbar late on. 5/10

Alejandro Garnacho – Always put in the effort but wasted a good chance early on. Came off in the second half after an ineffective performance. 4/10

Marcus Rashford – Poor again. Just didn’t seem up for the fight. Tried to make things happen but nothing he attempted came off. 3/10

Rasmus Hojlund – He struggled against League One defenders today. Still seemingly working his way back to fitness. 4/10

Subs:

Antony – Wasn’t really involved.

Christian Eriksen – Bypassed too easily in midfield.

Amad – Displayed a couple of nice touches.

Omari Forson – Contributed nothing of note.
