Player ratings as Man United draw 2-2 with Spurs

David de Gea – His passing out from the back wasn’t great at times. Couldn’t do anything about either Spurs goal. 5/10

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Had a good half defensively. Made some important tackles. Subbed when Spurs started to pile on the pressure. 5/10

Victor Lindelof – Solid. Dealt with Kane well for large periods. 6/10

Luke Shaw – United’s best defender. Covered every blade of grass for the cause at times. Also willing to move forward with the ball at feet. 8/10

Diogo Dalot – Started at left-back and moved over to right-back in second half. Did decently enough. 5/10

Casemiro – Looked exhausted as the game wore on. A bystander at times. Needs a rest. 5/10

Christian Eriksen – Kept United ticking over when the team was in control. Subbed as Spurs started to dominate. 6/10

Bruno Fernandes – Battled through the pain barrier to play. His range of passing was insane, particularly for the Rashford second. 6/10

Antony – His quietest game in some time. Was never really threatening when in possession. Worked hard defensively. 5/10

Jadon Sancho Scored a pearler to set United on their way. Played with confidence and belief. Looked sharp. 7/10

Marcus Rashford – Scored a lovely goal to make it two. Was nullified in the second half. 6/10

Subs:

Fred – Had a shocker. Gave the ball away every time he had it.

Anthony Martial – Had no impact whatsoever.

Tyrell Malacia – Equally as bad as Fred. Positionally poor. Made some bad decisions.

Wout Weghorst – Not great when he came on.
