Player Ratings: Rashford scores winner as Man United beat Leicester 1-0

David de Gea – Made a few decent saves, but the standout came from a free-kick in which it looked like Ghezzal had scored. A stunning stop. 7/10

Ashley Young – You question his positioning at times, but today I thought he was pretty solid. 6/10

Eric Bailly – It’s nice to see him back playing again and that front-footed defending perfectly suits sitting in alongside Lindelof. 6/10

Victor Lindelof – Brilliant again. Won key headers, made top tackles and passed the ball forward. 7/10

Nemanja Matic – Extremely pleasing. Protected the back four well and made some vital interceptions. 6/10

Ander Herrera – Busy, energetic and lively. His final ball was lacking though. 5/10

Paul Pogba – Played a sublime ball into Rashford for the sole goal in the game, and his burst in injury time killed the match and ended Leicester’s hopes. Stunning. 8/10

Jesse Lingard – Made some good runs but couldn’t execute when it mattered most. 5/10

Alexis Sanchez – It just wasn’t happening for the Chilean today. He cut a frustrated figure. 4/10

Marcus Rashford – Took his goal brilliantly, but was pretty quiet from that point forward. 6/10
