Player Ratings: Swansea 2-1 Manchester United

David de Gea – It must’ve been frustrating for him. He couldn’t do anything about either goal and had little else to do aside from that. 6/10

Paddy McNair – Struggled throughout the first half and was rightly subbed at half-time. 3/10

Phil Jones – Remains more of a danger and a worry at present. Looks hesitant on the ball and nervy whilst defending. 4/10

Marcos Rojo – Did alright, but struggled with the physicality of Gomis. Should’ve scored in the second half. 6/10

Luke Shaw – He was at fault for the Swansea leveller, and was almost caught out by him again later in the game. Looked a threat going forward. 5/10

Daley Blind – As usual he was tidy in possession, and played intelligent passes. 6/10

Ander Herrera – Justified his start in the team with a goal and drove United forward. Our best player by far. 8/10

Marouane Fellaini – Had a tough afternoon. Grew frustrated and didn’t get himself in the right positions often enough. 5/10

Angel di Maria – Not great. Gave the ball away far too many times once again. His form is becoming a real concern. 3/10

Wayne Rooney – Didn’t do enough positive things when in possession. 5/10

Robin van Persie – Had chances but wasted them, struggled throughout. 4/10

Antonio Valencia – Got forward a lot, but struggled with any quality.

Ashley Young – Brought dangerous crosses to the table.

Juan Mata – Not enough time to mark.
