Manchester United Football Club bought in Bruno Fernandes over the summer and I, like the rest of the Old Trafford faithful, cannot wait to see how he gets on.
In the long-run, it was a signing that was desperately needed to be made, particularly with Paul Pogba’s long-term future remaining up in the air.
Well, the situation may be even worse than we think, with the Daily Star reporting that the superstar 26-year-old has been excluded from United’s training camp squad in Spain – as he moves a step closer to leaving the club…
The Red Devils are set to fly to Marbella this morning to take part in a warm weather training camp during the Premier League’s winter break. However, Pogba won’t be on the trip after being told he’s not wanted there…
Pogba has only made eight appearances this season, with injuries seriously derailing his campaign. However, you get the feeling that if he were happy, then perhaps the Frenchman would’ve forced himself back into action sooner.
Right now, this problem is having a negative effect on the whole club and quite honestly I’m sick of all the drama that surrounds Pogba. Maybe the deal for Fernandes was one with a long-term goal in mind as a potential Pogba replacement, because in all honesty, I don’t see how this relationship is going to be repaired.
