Manchester United’s time is now. The Red Devils only need a point to secure their place in next season’s Champions League. It’s up to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to get the all-important team selection right. It’s time for our predicted Man United XI vs Leicester City.
Upon football’s resumption post-lockdown, every Red’s supporter would have taken this position. We’re in third place going into the season’s final day. It’s in our hands.
Brendan Rodgers’ side will be up for it, too. They need a win and although they’re down a few key faces, they’ll make it tough for Solskjaer’s side. Simply put, our manager has to get it right with his team selection while those players out on the pitch have to repay that faith.
With that in mind, I expect the Baby Faced Assassin to go back to basics, put his best team out there and secure a result that could well shape his time in that Old Trafford dugout.
Check out our predicted Man United XI vs Leicester City in full:

David de Gea will start in between the sticks. The superstar Spaniard has made some huge errors recently, but if he can avoid that in this one and keep out the opposition, all will be forgiven.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka starts at right-back. The Spider is in for a busy one defensively, though it’s on the other side of the ball where we’ll need him to flourish. Luke Shaw will be fit to come back into the side (we think). We’re going to need him. Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof is now the customary centre-back combination.
The bold decision is Scott McTominay starting at the midfield’s base. Nemanja Matic has looked a little leggy recently, while McTominay’s mobility could be the vital asset. Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes are running on fumes, but this is when we need them to step up.
Anthony Martial is finishing the season in spectacular form, hopefully, he’ll get himself a goal here. Marcus Rashford will play off the left-flank, with wonderboy Mason Greenwood opposite him.
