Manchester United’s attention turns to FA Cup action for the first time since lockdown ended, with the Red Devils taking a trip South to play Norwich City.

No disrespect intended, but The Canaries are already pretty-much down. For them, the FA Cup represents welcome relief, so make no mistake about it, United will have to be at their best to progress.

That said, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will likely make wholesale changes for this one, as he looks to keep the squad fresh as United continue their top-four charge.

Check out our predicted Man United XI vs Norwich City in full:

Sergio Romero will start in between the sticks, in a game which he’ll have to remain concentrated throughout.

Harry Maguire is the only member of the back line who’ll keep his place, he’ll partner Eric Bailly at the heart of defence. Brandon Williams comes into the side at left-back, while Diogo Dalot makes a rare start over on the right.

Moving further up the field now, both Fred and Scott McTominay will be involved, allowing Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes a rest ahead of a Premier League game on Wednesday. Jesse Lingard will play in the #10 role.

Odion Ighalo makes his first start post-lockdown, with Juan Mata starting off the right-hand side and Daniel James moving to a more familiar left-wing starting berth.

This team should have enough to comfortably win, but in the event that United are struggling, they’ll be plenty of firepower available off the bench.
