Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s judgement day is almost here. It’s time for our predicted Man Utd XI for the game vs AS Roma.
Four semi-finals, four defeats. Manchester United simply have to take that next step and get themselves into a major final. Serie A side AS Roma stands in our way. Trust us when I say this will be a difficult two-legged tie.
The good news? Solskjaer has almost a fully fit squad to choose from aside from Anthony Martial. It has been a fair while since United have had such broad options all across the board, so there can be no excuses from the gaffer here.
With our position in the league all-but determined, United have no option but to go as strong as possible here. Let’s get right into the all-important team news…
Check out our predicted Man Utd XI vs AS Roma in full here:

Dean Henderson will drop back to the bench, with David de Gea taking up his place in between the sticks as the cup goalkeeper.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka always starts and plays when fit, while over on the left-hand side of defence, Luke Shaw continues. Harry Maguire will proudly lead his side into battle in this massive semi-final, with Victor Lindelof completing the back four.
Scott McTominay sits at the midfield’s base, with the Scotland international having improved so much this season. Bruno Fernandes perhaps hasn’t been at his best recently but he’ll always start when fit. Paul Pogba returns to the team.
Edinson Cavani leads the line for the Old Trafford outfit, with Marcus Rashford starting at left-wing and Mason Greenwood completing the team.
Come on you Reds!
