Our predicted MUFC XI for the game vs Arsenal is now in.
Manchester United will have a new manager next season in the form of Erik ten Hag.
But for now, as they say, the show must go on. Ralf Rangnick has six games to try and finish the season strong, though we have nothing left to play for but pride.
Next up is Arsenal. A loss away at the Emirates Stadium would be the final nail in the coffin. Dare I say it’d be a fitting way to end the season? Given the way we’re playing, this one will be as easy an afternoon Arsenal will have had this season.
If these United players have any bit of pride, they’ll step onto the field and put in a resilient performance. Sadly, I’m expecting the lads to go out with a whimper rather than a bang.

David de Gea will obviously play again here, with the Spaniard remaining the firm number one at United.
Diogo Dalot’s performance at left-back against Liverpool was a disaster, so he should move back over to the right-hand side here. Alex Telles will start as the left-back. I’ve gone for the back two of Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof, which doesn’t fill me with confidence…
Midfield injuries leave Rangnick pretty short in that area of the pitch, meaning Nemanja Matic will likely start once again. Bruno Fernandes will play, as will Jesse Lingard.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been back in training after the tragic passing of his child, with the Portugal international looking ready to play. To his right and left respectively he’ll find Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho.
At least put up a fight this weekend, eh lads?
