MUFC play their final home game of the season this evening, with our predicted XI vs Brentford now in…
Just three games to go! It’s a sad state of affairs when us Manchester United fans are telling ourselves that in May.
For a once-great club, this season has been nothing short of an embarrassment. No doubt the good times will return again, hopefully, with Erik ten Hag at the helm.
Our last home game of the season takes place in a matter of hours. Brentford visit the Theatre of Dreams, no doubt believing they can come here and get at least a point from this match, considering how badly we’ve been playing of late…
Ralf Rangnick’s squad is seriously struggling on the injury front right now, too, but that said, United can still name a strong line-up here. They’ll be no Jadon Sancho, though. He’s done for the season.
Check out our predicted MUFC XI vs Brentford in full here:

David de Gea is one of very few bright spots in the 2021/22 campaign for the Old Trafford club. No doubt our Spaniard is in for another busy game here.
Diogo Dalot and Alex Telles haven’t really instilled belief during their recent matches, though United have very little in the way of other options, so they’ll both continue. Raphael Varane continues to partner Victor Lindelof at the heart of defence.
Fred should return here following an injury of his own. It’ll be good to see the Brazilian reunited with Scott McTominay in midfield. Bruno Fernandes always plays when fit, despite the Portuguese superstar not being in the best form of late.
Cristiano Ronaldo leads the line as per usual. Again, with very little competition due to injury issues elsewhere. Marcus Rashford and Anthony Elanga pretty much pick themselves on the wing at this point, too.
