Our predicted MUFC XI for the FA Cup home game vs Fulham is now in…
Manchester United’s final game before the international break is here, with the Red Devils taking on Fulham in a potentially tricky quarter-final tie.
The Old Trafford club have been in decent form of late, Liverpool aside, with Erik ten Hag instilling confidence into that dressing room.
Marco Silva deserves immense credit for the job he’s doing with Fulham. The fact that they’re in an FA Cup quarter-final, with a real chance at upsetting United, speaks volumes to how well he’s doing as a manager of late. With that in mind, it’s up to United to keep focused and ensure they can get the job done.
Anyway, let’s get right into the all-important team news for this vital match.
Check out our predicted MUFC XI vs Fulham for the FA Cup tie in full here:

David de Gea remains the only viable option in between the sticks, with the Spaniard making some big saves over the last month or so.
The right-back slot is certainly up for grabs right now, though Diogo Dalot will likely get the nod with United being at home. Luke Shaw will come back into the side in the left-back position. Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane will be reunited at the heart of defence, making up arguably United’s best back line right now.
Casemiro is missing for the next four, which makes Marcel Sabitzer’s return to fitness super timely. He will start alongside Fred in that deeper-midfield position, with Bruno Fernandes playing slightly higher up the pitch.
Wout Weghorst has been a good outlet for United, with the Austrian set to continue to lead the line in the absence of Anthony Martial – though he is back in training. Marcus Rashford starts on the left-hand side, with Jadon Sancho playing on the right.
