Our predicted MUFC XI for the 2022/23 Premier League away game vs Liverpool is now in…

Manchester United are rolling at the moment. Credit where it’s due, the Old Trafford club are playing some lovely football under Erik ten Hag.

Next up is another huge game; Liverpool away. Jurgen Klopp’s men haven’t been at their best this term, though they’ve picked up the pace a little bit over the last fortnight. No doubt they’ll be up for this one, roared on by the Anfield crowd.

Ten Hag has pointed to a game every three days as a reason behind United’s positive form. It allows the lads to not overthink things and just focus on games rather than training and chomping at the bit for a match every week. Hopefully, the top form will continue here.

Anyway, our predicted MUFC XI for this one is now in – and it’s not too dissimilar to some line-ups we’ve seen recently.

Check out our predicted MUFC XI vs Liverpool in full here:

David de Gea has been back to his brilliant best of late, making some stupendous saves and single-handedly winning games for this club. He will start here.

Luke Shaw has been dealing with a minor injury, though I reckon he’ll do everything his power to play here. Over on the right-hand side, Aaron Wan-Bissaka will get the nod. Lisandro Martinez partners Raphael Varane at the heart of defence. Both were rested in midweek.

Casemiro has been outrageously good over the last few months. Let’s hope he continues to put in monstrous performances going forward. He’ll partner another in-form Brazilian; Fred. Bruno Fernandes starts slightly further up the field.

Wout Weghorst will keep up his trend of starting every game since moving to United, with the Dutchman certainly winning some hearts at Old Trafford already. To his right and left respectively is Antony and Marcus Rashford.
