Our predicted MUFC XI for the Europa League second leg vs Real Betis is now in…
Manchester United have given themselves a real nice cushion going into the second leg against Real Betis, though make no mistake about it, this match will still not be an easy one.
The Spanish outfit are capable of turning up and beating anyone on their day, so it’s up to Erik ten Hag to ensure heads remain cool, with the dressing room not getting ahead of itself.
This is the penultimate game for United before the final international break of the season, so it’d be delightful to enter into that period through in both the Europa League and FA Cup.
The temptation to rest must be very real for the gaffer, though I suspect he’ll go strong to ensure United’s name is one of the last eight left in the competition.
Anyway, let’s get right into it.
Check out our predicted MUFC XI vs Real Betis in full here:

David de Gea remains the only viable option for United in between the sticks, with the Spaniard likely to start every game from now until the end of the season.
The back four sees one change from the weekend game, with Harry Maguire likey to come into the line-up for Raphael Varane. Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw start as the full-backs, with Lisandro Martinez making up the defence.
Casemiro will play here after only playing for 30 minutes at the weekend coupled with his four-game ban. Fred will start alongside his Brazilian compatriot. Bruno Fernandes will begin in the number ten slot.
Wout Weghorst starts in the lead striker role yet again, despite Antony Martial’s training return. To his right and left respectively is Antony and Marcus Rashford. This front three will threaten any defence.
Come on you Reds!
