Manchester United take on the unlikely table toppers Leicester City tomorrow afternoon, with Louis van Gaal looking to avenge the 5-3 horror show we put in at the same ground just over a year ago. The team selection will obviously be hugely important, and United will have to be on their A-game.
Ahead of the game Louis van Gaal has plenty of selection dilemmas on his hands, but one area that has excelled this term is the back line and it’d seem silly if the Iron Tulip would change anything from the last game in that area of the field.
The midfield two of Schweinsteiger and Schneiderlin are almost certain to continue due to injuries, but the front four is where it gets interesting. Juan Mata could return on the right-hand side, with Wayne Rooney playing as the #10 and Memphis Depay out wide left. Anthony Martial leads the line.
Predicted Starting XI:
De Gea; Darmian, Smalling, Blind, Rojo; Schneiderlin, Schweinsteiger; Mata, Rooney, Depay; Rooney.
