Predicted Starting XI: Liverpool v Manchester United

Manchester United resume their ongoing battle with Liverpool this afternoon, with Louis van Gaal and Jurgen Klopp going head-to-head for the first-time in the Premier League. Three points are always huge in these games, as well as the bragging rights for the fans.

Ahead of the game, Louis van Gaal has a whole host of injury problems on his hands, with the Dutchman having some serious issues in the middle of the park and on the defensive area of the field.

De Gea will start in goal, with Matteo Darmian, Chris Smalling, Daley Blind and Ashley Young starting as the back four.

Bastian Schweinsteiger and Michael are supposedly injured for this game, meaning we’ll likely see a duo of Morgan Schneiderlin and Marouane Fellaini once again.

The front four is without doubt our best area of the field. Anthony Martial will play on the left, Ander Herrera in the middle and Jesse Lingard wide right. Wayne Rooney will start up top.

Predicted Starting XI:

De Gea; Darmian, Smalling, Blind, Young; Schneiderlin, Fellaini; Martial, Herrera, Lingard; Rooney.
